Thread: Notifications

I couldnt find another thread with this information. If we are able to do it in our own settings... it went way over my head. But I would like to be notified when someone quotes one of my posts. As far as I know... the only notifications are messages and "likes."

Any advice or implementation of this would be great. Something simular to the Facebook notification system would be nice.

if you go to setting it shows recent posts of your subscribed threads.

Yeah, the system only works as something like The Detonator just said. Subscribed Threads get notice in settings when someone posts.

While I don't have much of a problem with this, as my old forum I used to moderate was like this; a notification for when someone quotes me would be nice instead of having to keep checking back and forth between threads.

this site has tapatalk now, have to get the app, search tapatalk on net, then download app,after go to this forum, push tapatalk icon top left to activate, free for pc, may cost for android or ipad. Only works on chrome browser. Alot of us like me are using it now. It gives you alerts. (Phases reported this to us yesterday)

Hm. I dont use Google Chrome at work, which is where I am on this site 90% of the time. I dont have a device that would be able to download an app. (yes i know I need to get with the times) I was kinda hoping it would be an easy thing to add to this site. I know the old WiiU Daily forums used to notify you when someone quoted your post.
