    Error code 150-1031

I'm playing zombiu when suddenly, disc cannot be read! It's completely spotless and clean, so the error code it gives me is this. What do I do?

    From nintendos site.
If the issue persists, please contact us at 1-800-255-3700. Specially trained representatives will be available to assist you, 6:00am - 7:00pm (PST), seven days a week.
I would recommend that u use Country Selector at Nintendo and their support page to look up error codes and general trouble shooting. And if that dosnt help call them.

Can you double check if that code is correct? I just searched for it on Nintendo's website and they didn't have anything up.

    Retry inserting it?

OR start from scratch. Delete save data, clean disk, and start all over again.

    OR

wait a bit. Maybe you just played too much.

It was the disc in my case. I had NSMBWU and I got the same code, deleted game data and software update started all over again and again 4 times. Took game back traded it in for a new copy and it worked just fine. FYI the 1st copy of the disc was spotless clean with no smudges or scratches etc...
